American: Scramble eggs, Mini egg frittatas or quiches, Bacon, Sausage links or patties, Potatoes, Fresh fruit, Mini pancakes, Croissants, Oatmeal, Cottage cheese, Coffee, OJ and Apple juice
Mexican: Make your own taco bar which includes eggs, bacon, sausage, chorizo, migas, and a variety of toppings including cheese, sour cream, refried beans, avocado, ranchero sauce, and a few salsas.
